This year the foundation is again asking for a recommended donation or registration fee to attend the conference. It will help offset the increased cost associated with putting on the event, including the cost of speakers, conference materials, audiovisual and more. There will be over 20 experts coming to the meeting to share their insights on AHC. The registration fee also includes a meet and greet pizza party, group luncheon, ice cream social and snacks for the kids’ room.
Family of 5 or less:
$130 then $180 after May 24th
$80 then $130 after May 24th
$50 then $75 after May 24th
Caregiver, Extra family member:
$25 then $30 after May 22nd
Speaker, Researcher, Clinic Professional or Board Member: $0

We also would like to remind you that AHCF has a Family Grant available on a limited basis up to $500 per family and may be used for attending the Family Meeting. If you are interested please contact Shannon at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
